Tiffany Young, MA, Ph.D., has nearly 20 years of evaluation and research experience in the nonprofit and academic sectors. She is a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Interdisciplinary Research Leaders Fellow and the Founder and Principal Consultant of Lenell and Lillie Consulting.
Dr. Young earned her Ph.D. in aging studies and a Cognate in evaluation from the University of South Florida. She also completed her post-doctoral training at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in the School of Medicine.
As a research and evaluation consultant, Dr. Young integrates evaluation methods with engagement strategies to assist communities and organizations with transformative change. Her expertise includes mixed methods, implementation science, community-based participatory research, grant writing, and program development and evaluation.
Dr. Young was awarded funding from the National Institute of Health as a co-principal investigator and has assisted organizations in procuring funds from various sources. As a consultant for UMC, she leads qualitative and mixed-method evaluation projects.
