Christyl Wilson Ebba, Ph.D., is a dynamic educator, evaluator, and community psychologist with versatile skills and interests. Her story as the daughter of Liberian immigrants informs her commitment to equity and social justice.

Dr. Wilson Ebba earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Francisco before joining Teach for America as a corps member. She then pursued a doctorate in Developmental Psychology and Community Psychology from Georgia State University, where she worked on various research and evaluation projects ranging from adolescent sexual health, positive youth development, and racial socialization.

As an evaluation consultant, Christyl enjoys partnering with organizations and programs to help them find meaning and amplify their impact. She specializes in training facilitation, data management, mixed-methods data analysis, and data visualization. Some of her recent work includes the evaluation of a Black mental health training program, nationwide survey research on the impact of COVID-19 on Black womxn and gender expansive folks, and an analysis of equity-promoting efforts at a large health organization.

Christyl grew up in California. She loves the beach, tacos, yoga, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
