Calondra is a seasoned public health professional and leader with over two decades of experience shaping impactful initiatives. As the Founder and Nonprofit Strategist of Trifecta Advising, she brings a wealth of knowledge and, most importantly, a listening ear to nonprofit organizations, effectively becoming a trusted thought partner.

Calondra has demonstrated her leadership skills by growing funding portfolios and aligning programs to maximize organizational impact. She has experience engaging in strategic planning and evaluation activities with local and state government agencies, as well as national nonprofit organizations.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Education from the University of Florida and a Master of Public Health from Florida A&M University.
